There may not have been an electoral roll taken during the war years. Might be worth checking that first..

The library local to the area should have copies of the electoral rolls, if not they should know where they are kept.

You will have to look at the electoral roll for that address and year

Can anyone find information on who lived at 9 The Mall in 1917. My grandad gave this address when he was called up.
