I'd tried clicking the refresh button at the top of the page, but I never thought to try F5 on the keyboard.

This question is coming up quite a lot these days.

It seems that in many cases it is a problem with your browser failing to download the page properly. Try the following:-

First of all press F5 to refresh the page.

If still no luck then clear your temp files and try again.

Shutting down your pc altogether then rebooting has worked for some.

Thanks Alan. I've already emailed them, but it says 2-3 days for reply and I wanted to add to my tree tonight. Was hoping if someone else had had this problem they may know of a quick fix. (I've no patience, LOL)

I guess I'll just have to wait :(((

Has anyone else had trouble viewing their tree today?

When I click on Family Tree it goes through all the fertilizing roots, watering shoots rigmarole...then nothing, just the blank wallpaper backgound!

Has anyone any idea what may be causing this, or what I can do to remedy it please.
