am a bit peed off at the moment, i've saved 200 credits for 1911 to search for my welsh ancestors when it became online, its live today so went to do my searching - NO CREDITS AVAILABLE

When i click on my results at the top, it seems that on 27th February this year between 2pm and 2.30pm someone else has used my account details and my credits to search for people not related or connected to me in anyway

i last used 1911 on my birthday 12th january and was keeping credits for wales to be online, to say i'm gutted would be an understatement

any ideas how i can find out who used these credits and has this happened to anyone else, i have never given out my user name and password

i have emailed 1911 for more information

Ring FindmyPast, they may be able to help. When I had a problem they were very helpful.
