it is possible that Edwards father was an Aaron King who got married in Rochford in 1899 but I have been unable to find him in the 1901 census in the 1891 census shows Aaron as a 16 year old boy sailor in Portsmouth and having been born in Islington
Try a blanket search on free BMD for the years 1899 onwards this will cover all births marriages and deaths and help you to work out your family ie after 1911 you will get mothers maiden name on births
which you will then be able to relate to a marriage etc

Presumably this is his birth:

Births Sep 1901
King Edward Aaron Rochford 4a 703

The only Edward A King marriages in Essex within +/-5 years of 1925 are these:

Marriages Mar 1922
KING Edward A - Hastings - W.Ham 4a 113

Marriages Sep 1929
King Edward A G - Weston - Romford 4a 1616

Marriages Dec 1928
King Edward A - Thompson W. Ham 4a 337

Marriages Dec 1930
King Edward A - Sanders - W. Ham 4a 399

You can probably rule out the Sep 1929 one as that one has two middle initials (AG) whereas your Edward didn't according to his birth reg. That still leaves three possibles though.

Do you know when his first wife died (or did you mean that this was his first marriage, in which case when & to whom was his 2nd marriage)? Were there any children from either marriage?

Do you have any idea who the person was he married. Even if you only have the first name it would help. Where did they live when they married?

Sadly no. You have to order the cert blind. If you want to post the names and details you are looking for, then it might be possible to narrow the search down a bit. Please post all the info you have.
