	Are you talking about England & Wales or Scotland birth? If English or Welsh then you need to find the reference numbers and then order from http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/

How do I go about getting a copy of his full birth certificate showing his parents? I presume once I have his mother's details I should be able to search easier? Thanks.
