	A search on Google shows that there were teaching rooms for chiropody students in the basement of 250, around that time. Maybe a library near there could supply information about use of the building. Gwyn

	Hi Cilla, 250, King's Road, Chelsea. S.W.3 used to be Chelsea register office.in 1928. Posted also on T.T.F. for you jean
