It is possible that the web page is failing to load on to your pc. Try clearing yout internet temp files then re-load your tree and try again. |

Yes Janet, I have done just that. I click on "add father" and a hand appears in that box, but I am unable to go any further and the error message appears. |

Kathlyn, what have you done so far? As far as I know you just click on your grandparent, then "add Father/mother", as I assume you have done? |

I am trying to add my great grandparents to my GR tree but nothing happens and the following message appears on the bottom left of the screen.......ERROR ON PAGE. |
