hope someone will be able to tell me if there was a workhouse in belchamp st paul essex in the early 1800's just got my 4xgt grandfathers death cert in the part were it says residence of informant it says Elizabeth[his wifes name] looks like inmatepresent at death BSP thanks Jackie
