Has anyone got any idea where I can find out where a relaive is buried. I am looking for details of my Gt. Aunt Hilda May Raven who died in the North Middlesex Hospital on the 15th June 1923 aged 19 yrs. Due to horrendous personal circumstances, she committed suicide so I presume that she must have been burried in unconsecrated ground. However, I feel that there must be a record somewhere of her buriel. I have obtained her death certificate which indicates that the inquest was held on the 19th Sept 1923. Hilda was born in Suffolk but as both of her parents
had died, she went to work as a domestic servant in Hatherley Gardens, Crouch End,Hornsey.I really would appreciate any help.

I have checked the burial records on Find my Past, but she isn't on there.
You could try and contact the cemeteries department at Hornsey and ask if she was buried there. As you have the date of death and the inquest date, that will narrow it down a bit. I assume that she would have been buried where the inquest took place

The inquest reports rarely survive, but the reports are often to be found in the local newspaper. These are kept on film in the nearest large library which has a family history section. They usually offer a look up service
