access to other trees

Hi I am trying to access a tree which I have permission to do, but I keep getting access denied. Does anyone else have this problem.

This problem was around yesterday. More than 24 hours to sort a glitch that is giving countless of us problems isn't particularly brilliant.

Send a message to GR about this problem, it is not a new one there were some problems a few weeks ago & Gr tried to say it was the browsers on our computers, their stock answer when eany thing goes wrong!!!!

It would seem, they don't work over the weekend,

neither do I , which is why I do my research etc on this site , on weekends .

will we get an extra free few days on are subscription .

This is a different problem than the one a few weeks ago when some people had problems with their browsers not working.

As we are all getting a site error message, the resolution is firmly with GR, so no option but to wait till Monday morning when the techies are back to work.

Someone has kindly opened their tree for me to check if there really is a conection between our research...but it I am also having problems with no access...ah well ! Good job I only intend staying with this site for 6 months !!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, all other members tree's that I have access to are coming up with SITE ERROR!

I only have the weekends to research, back to work Monday, too tired to go through tree's!

This is really annoying, although I can now see it as a more universal problem, I thought it was me :(

I don't think we are going to have any luck until next week. Surely with a site that makes money the way this does, some alarm bells would ring, and an engineer could work OT to sort it out?
