I'd say Deborah has definitely mixed up the two Samuels (father and son).

Samuel (the father) was born c. 1829 and married Eliza. This is the Samuel who had the 6 children that Deborah names.

Samuel (the son) was born c.1864 and married Phoebe.

Sorry this seems a little off date wise If Samuel was born 1864 and married in 1889 how can he have children born from 1853??

hi there, im looking for any infiormation on my husbands grandfather Samuel Sheppard B 19 Jan 1864 He married Phoebe Heffer Dec 1889 Samuel died in newbury Berks 1942 and Phobe March 1987.
i have been unable to find them in any cencus and we would dearly love to know where they were at those times, where they were living etc and what they were doing.
The only other thing we know is that they had 6 children William 1853
Maryanne 1856, Emma 1858, George 1861, Frederick 1866, Lydia 1869 nearly all family members were born in Suffolk.
That is all we know and woluld love to know more .
