How do I add a death in the same year as the birth

My mother had twin girls, one of whom died within about three weeks.
I am trying to add the date but the computer will not allow it.
She was born OCTOBER 27th 1941 and died in NOVEMBER 19th 1941.
What can I do to have this accepted?

Won't accep it where, on this site? I have at least one person born and died the same year and it has accepted no problem.

there are four boxes
enter ;
year of birth 1941
year of death 1941
date of birth 27/10/1941
date of death 19/11/1941
I have several entered and accepted in this format.

Sam, I too have added deaths very close to births, BUT it will not accept this time.
I had the information on the tree and then realised that I had the exact dates, so I added them.
I keep getting messages to say that;
the child must be YOUNGER THAN THE PARENTS!!
mother born 1919
father born 1916
sister... 23-10-1941..to 19-11-1941

and messages saying....dates of death must match year of birth!!
I am NOT making mistakes here, if I am, please tell me where, I am getting frustrated.

If this is the GR site having a loopy fit you are probably best contacting support via Help, they are generally quite good at sorting things out.

I just thought, have you clicked "add sibling" when your mother or father's box on the tree is highlighted, and that's why it won't do it? I think the boxes usually stay blue (for males) and pink (for females) unless you click on one specifically and then that one goes a sort of cream colour.

If starting from yourself, would it work if you tried clicking "add sibling"?

I do not use this format;
23-10-1941..to 19-11-1941
I use;
27/10/1941 19/11/1941
