Hi: I am trying to find the marriage of Penny and Polly Green, sisters who married in the 1930's in Durham, I have pictures of their weddings taken in or around Chester le Street..
Would these names be nicknames ? Thanks for any help you can give.

Penny is probably Penelope but I'm not seeing anything around that time.

Polly was most usually Mary.
