If you contact Stratford Library, they may have the electoral rolls for that date, or be able to tell you where they are kept. Have you tried a search on this site to see if anyone is looking for the same family.

Thanks Liz will give them a call. Have done this before with a different date so will have to see if they are willing to have another look.

Have tried on GR but no luck just trying a different way!
