im knew to all this and need help my grandad hasgiven me names off g and gg grandparents i have found them on here but dont know how to find there parents so i can go further back

yes please im looking for parents off a william henry young i know he was born in westbury wiltshire round about 1869 and his wife edith grist also born in westbury not sure on year.
i would like to know how to find the parents because i have looked everywhere and just dont know how to get them up

Their marriage cert will give you their fathers' names and occupations, then you can search back for them on census to find their mothers' first names . Then, look on freebmd for their birth registrations, get the birth certs which will give you mother's maiden name. Then look on freebmd for marriages of the parents.
