that's the info I was looking for. Had a couple of replies from the support team but they are unsatisfactory and they won't say what they'll do about this problem.

I totally know what you mean. I reported one over a year ago and last week it was still the same!

Hi there,

If I "search records" using.

Forename: Henry
Surname: Allan
Y.O.B 1795
Give or take 1 year
Keyword Lambeth

I get various exact matches including the 1861 census.
So I click on "view" for the basic details of the 1861 census and "view again for more details but when I click on "view image" to look at the original census image, it shows the wrong image. This has happened three different times for three different images, all with the 1861 census original images. Does anyone else have this problem ? what can I do to see the correct image ?

welcome to The Site.
Not sure what you mean..........think you may have chosen wrong person to view particularly if a popular name.
If you put up details there are members just dying to help.

Hi there, I've just joined and already have found three incorrect links from the "view" record to the original Census copy (all for the 1861 Census). Has anyone else experienced this problem ?
I have reported it.
