Hi all,

I've just discovered what I think may be a crucial piece of evidence about one of my ancestors, Frank Logan, who was born about 1858 in Ireland, lived in Carlisle (Cumbria, England), but went to the US a couple of times. He ended up dying there, in Chicago we think, but we're not sure of the details - sometime between 1901 and 1911 (according to census records).

I've just discovered what I think is his US passport application, probably from when he returned to Carlisle the first time. The problem is that I can't afford the ridiculous fees that Ancestry.com want for this one piece of info (I have no other US connections so not worth getting a full membership, even if I could afford it).

Just wondered if anyone, by chance, has a full Ancestry membership or can gain access to the scan of this record? Details are US Passport Application, Frank Logan, and should be between 1901 and 1911... Frank b. c1857-1858 in Ireland (not sure where). Profession was Master Hairdresser, but he was also a Blast Furnace Foreman in an ironworks that manufactured Pig Iron (ie. for railways etc).

Any help would be wonderful!

Many thanks,

Kat
