Could anyone advise me please about Registration areas.
Patrick was born in Widnes in Dec? 1877, his parents were Patrick and Mary, (they were born in Ireland) I have sent off a couple of times for Birth Certificates, and they have proved to be the wrong ref no's.
on 1881 census they were living at 16 Oxford Street in Widnes.
He died on 14th dec 1957
