Thanks so much for your replies.

I have Family Tree Maker and it merges the families and my tree on Ancestry has also merged the families.

You'd think they'd be a way that GR could so the same thing wouldn't you?

At least I can stop trying now.

It seems to be hit and miss whether it uploads ok. I have had problems previously when I tried.

You cannot join the sisters together on Genes.
I would add the parents to one sister and either have the other sister on twice or just record her in the notes for her parents.
Some people will tell you that you can do it on your own computer programme but I am not sure that will still show on Genes when you upload the Gedcom.

How interesting ! I have two brothers marrying two sisters also, it was very nearly 3 but someone said 'enough's enough' lol

You can't on GR. You will have to enter the girls twice, and put a cross-reference in the notes, linking them.

If you use a program such as FTM then you can create this sort of relationship, but if you try and upload it to GR then it still has problems where brothers marry sisters - I have some too.....!

I have 2 sisters marrying 2 brothers.

I have the brothers and their parents and siblings on the tree together with their marriages.

I now want to put the girls family on the tree.

Anyone know how I merge these two families together.
