Hi, thankyou both Joan and Bridget for getting back to me.
In regards to the death cert showing my Great Grandmothers home address, yes it does. It shows she died at 10 Hope Place and how old she was at time of death.
(The death cert states the "registration District is Stepney " and the "sub district is Limehouse") so i am not sure , being a foreigner, what the suburb is, Stepney or Limehouse. (Works abit different here in Australia for towns and suburbs:) )

You could try the City of London Cemetry which is where a lot of people from the East End are buried, If not Bow Cemetry, which I beleive is still there may hve records available. I do not have the addresses but if you need more help just let me know. Do you have full details ie, date of birth date of death, place of both and address of where she died.

Hi, Can anyone please direct me in finding where my Great G/mother is buried.
I have her death cert and it shows as being registered in Limehouse/Stepney, but not living in the UK I am abit confused of the areas and the counties over there so I really don't know what cemetery is close to these areas. Is it Stepney I am looking up or Limehouse? I have searched on findmypast with her name but nothing shows up in the Parish section so I really don't know where or who to contact from here on.
I intend to visit the UK next yr and would love to try and find her grave (assuming it is marked) so would just like to know in "lamen" terms what other sites or contacts would I try to locate any other information?
Her name is Alice Angelina Brand and she died on 22/08/1905. Is there a cemetery around the Stepney area where most local people back then would of been buried as most of my ancestors lived in the East end of London (London Mile end and Stepney )
district . Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
