I wonder if anyone can help, I have tried everything. and I am now stumped.
I'm trying to find

Winifred Doreen Collins
14th October 1916
Her mother Margaret Collins nee McCluskey she was born Glasgow. But she married in Newcastle-upon -tyne.
And lived in Glasgow.
Winifreds father was Vincent Clare Collins, born Belfast.

I have tried everything, but I am having no luck, at all.

If anyone could help. it would be much appreciated.

I have endlessly searched everything, but no luck.
Many thanks for your help.

went on that last year.

Thank you for my grandmothers marriage details. I must admit I did only find that at the weekend, after ages of searching, as I expected them to have married in Glasgow, as all her family came from there, still seems odd.
But I cannot understand why I can't find their daughter winifred birth cert.

This was WW1 so maybe her dad was in the war and mum Margaret went home to her family in Scotland to have the baby

Scotland's People have a birth for Winifred Collins registered in 1917.

Yes, I saw that one too, but if I remember it said Dundee, so I dismissed it, I could'nt see the connection with Dundee.
but I suppose I can't see a connection to newcastle either,
hmn I shall have to continue pondering.
