Hi Karen

Pleased to hear you have moved on with some of your research.

I found these marriages on freebmd and thought might be worth investigating:

March 1958
CARTER John W. Bromwich 6b 629
Hunt Ann W. Bromwich 6b 629
Kebler Hannah W. Bromwich 6b 629
Wynn William W Bromwich 6b 629

best wishes

Kaz

Just thought I would update the good folk who helped me with trying to sort out my Hunt family in Smethwick a while back. This was Edward Hunt and his sister Hannah and her possible daughter Ann.
I sent for some certificates and found that Ann was the illegimate daughter of Hannah born in 1843, so both were living with Edward and his family on the 1851 census. Then discovered the death of Hannah November 1854 aged 33 years from Pneumonia, unfortunately the informant wasn't a family member so no more help there.
Finally found the death for Edward in March 1870 aged 44 years from Asthemia?. Present at the death was LUCY HUNT, who had married Edwards father and I took not to be the mother of Edward and Hannah as the marriage was found as 1834 when these too were already around. I am now beginning to wonder if the record was wrong and they married much earler and Lucy was in fact their "missing" mother!!
Need to suss out the death for Lucy one of these days and Edwards father Joseph, but at least I have a bit more info to hand. So folks just thought you might like to know that the help given is put to good use and gratefully aapreciated.
Thanks again Karen.
P.S. What became of Ann???? Can't trace her after 1851. AGH!
