Anyone can access the website You need to buy credits to see the electoral roll information.It does let you know the persons age range eg.over 65 free so you know which ones to avoid. It also says who the person is living with for free There are 54 D Smith in Birmingham with free address and phone number but you need to search the electoral roll to see which one is yours
