Books for uncles' memoirs?

I wonder if anyone can help. I have an elderly uncle who is full of the most amazing information about my family. I don't get to see him often at all (we live 300 plus miles apart) and when I'm on the phone I seem to take endless notes.
Does anyone know of a specific book for uncles where he could record his memories? I think it could be an invaluable tool for my research. I did buy a similar thing some time ago for my dad but can't seem to find one for uncles.
Help much appreciated.

Allan
Thought I'd be clever and use a translation site. It gave me:
"and they are being they even doing one crookedly she persuading!"

Please put me out of my misery.

Touché - serves me right for trying to be clever.

"and they even do one in Welsh!"
