Hi does anyone out there have any ideas on how to search west indies records.....have tried a few sites and they want to charge silly money for a professional search.....and im not even sure if on the right road yet....so dont want to folk out money for nothing at the moment..

any help be grateful....thankyon

Am looking for an Elvin John....born about 1875 in barbuda.....I know about his marriage and death in the uk.....but am looking for information on when he entered the uk....and poss parents in barbuda or sibblings.....have all census records in the uk and all that......but cant seem to find a good site to look out of the uk
