Just a little Tip
Please if you reply to a helper by PM about one of your past threads please give plenty of information about which thread it is about. As they help so many different people and not all people reply on the day, it can be weeks or months after the thread was started, This can be hard work when you receive a pm with just a name and year and no other explanation. I hope i have explained this ok

I have to admit to ignoring those PM's now cos when i said to someone i wasn't sure what she was talking about & could she refresh my memory about the look-up....She got shirty about it

I get a lot of those type of messages and do sometimes check back by name and membership number but not always easy to find the original thread.

I have spent some of this morning trying to work out a PM i received , i have checked my threads in all different ways but could not find what this person was on about so pm them back. I explained to them i did not understand what they wanted etc and needed to know what thread and more info, they replied back with not much info not even the thread.
