Please rescue me from technology! I have just purchased an online will from National Archives, about the 4th one I've had, but can't open file. They have responded promply to my problem but still no good. We recently changed to Firefox, do you think this is the problem? It keeps saying stuff about Adobe reader.
Many thanks.

Nowt to do with Firefox

Install Adobe reader when prompted and you will be able to open the file.
