Does anyone know please the quickest way to go back to your threads/posts on ancestry message boards - something like the way you can click on "my threads" on here?
Thanks!
Jan
PS off to work 6pm so no replies till tomorrow evening. (on nights!)

You can search for all the posts created by John-In-Preston or whoever. However, there doesn't seem to be any options for sorting it - you can restrict the search to any named board(s).

However, it's not as satisfactory as My Threads - I can't easily see if a thread I've posted to has been updated. I can, when making the post, check a please email me box, but usually I'll only see the next post - action doesn't carry forward to replies to that next post.

I wasn't aware of DET's check box - posts on the Lancs board are relayed to the Lancs List, and I chose to get notifications off that, but there's a lot of traffic -abt 5000 posts in 2009 to date.

Many thanks for your replies - might try the "my favourites" option. A pity they don't have something a bit easier though!
