Ordering certificates online

I am trying to order certificates online but if I only have the 1/4 that the event was registered and not the exact date how do I enter it on the online form that seems to only allow a specific date? Sorry if this is a silly question but I am very new to this and all help appreciated. Thanks

Have you ticked the box to say you have the references?
