Previous or next page in Census ?

Nigel - When you get a census image, is there a slip of paper stuck in the margin with RG9/1234 or HO107/1234 or some such number written on it?

I think you can only do it on Ancestry.

Who is it you are looking for and in which census?

Yes, I am a gold member.

On this site ( GR ) the original census page opens up in an adobe acrobat window, but it is essentially a photo of the idividual record.

I can see no way to move forward and back between pages, even if I could work out the page number I want.

Not sure how it works on GR but on Ancestry when you are looking at the
census page on the left of the middle of the line at the top of the census page it would say for example page 11 of 47 and a previous and next page arrow so you can click that or alter the page number to what page you like. Good luck Irene

Hope this is the correct board to post my question.
I have just resubscribed here after a break of a couple of years. I like that I can now look at the actual census page of a relative within this site without resorting to microfiche.

My question is that if my relatives household is at the bottom of the page and obviously continues onto the next sheet, is their a simple way to get to the next / previous page ? or to enter the page number as a search term ?
It will save me a lot of time if I can.
