Jacks there is a lot of births on Familysearch.org but you need her fathers name off marriage cert first.

Hello, I have no idea to find out this info, can anyone help please?
I have a family on 1861 census living in Deptford Kent, Martin Carey c1832 Ireland with his wife Mary (maiden name unk) c1831 Killarney Ireland with there 4 children born in Deptford, could someone if poss tell me how i can find out when this family came over to England, im guessing it would have been before there first child William c1854 in Greenwich, also to find a marriage ref for Martin Carey to Mary so i can get a marriage cert,
