	I haven't personally, but if I were you, I would contact the hotels before going to ask about their histories. And enjoy just being there "treading in his footsteps" :-) Happy hunting.

Member Since: May 2004 Posts: 124 Send Message	Hi all, i was sat here planning a trip to eastbourne with regards to doing some reasearch at the Grand and Queens hotels. My Great Grand Father was a hall porter there around 1900. Then it struck me that i should at least ask if any one on Genes had done any research them selves about these two hotels befor i toddal off. So, has any one done any research into the Grand Hotel and the Queens Hotel in Eastbourne. Cant find any thing worth knowing on the net. many thanks, Steve :-)
