Margaret/Manson

Thanks for the dates for census have just noted them down for future reference. I wonder why they always took them at the beginning of the year?

I'm being cheeky here as I don't have access to 1911 Census.... I'm looking for Leonard Clegg, born Rochdale in Lancashire, Sept Q 1901.
Thanks for any help...

You might be able to find him in 1911 if his name isn't too common.

The census was in the early part of the year so he would be too late to be on there. My FIL was born July 1901 and he isnt on there

I know this has been asked before, but I can't find the thread now. What actual date was the Census is 1901? I have a relative whose birth was reg. in Sept quarter 1901 so I don't know whether he was born in time to appear on the Census. Thanks!
