Did you mean Ducie Street?

Living at 27 Ducie St, Brixton in 1911:

JOHNSTON THOMAS M 50
JOHNSTON WILLIAM M 48
JOHNSTON LOUISE F 48
JOHNSTON ELSIE F 20
JOHNSTON ELIZABETH FRANCES F 16
JOHNSTON DOUGLAS WILLIAM M 6
EVANS ELSIE MAY F 23

It's not coming up on the 1901 address index on FindMyPast - but I don't think the 1901 is complete on that site yet. The street definitely existed in 1901 as it appears on the Booth poverty map of 1898 (coloured pink, meaning "Fairly comfortable. Good ordinary earnings").
