Do you mean Naturalization in the UK. These are on the National Archives site

I find all the records appertaining to a surname can be found from the main search.
EG
Wilkins USA will bring up all the records that are available.
Refine it with first name such as Ena:-

Immigration & Emigration 3

1 New York Passenger Lists, 1820-1957
1 Selected U.S. Naturalization Records - Original Documents, 1790-1974 (World Archives Project)
1 U.S. Naturalization Records Indexes, 1794-1995
