Hi havent searched or been on site for ages was trying to find the downloadable sheets that you could fill in by had does any body know where they are

Click on the "help" tab top right next to "my account"
Once open look on the left side for FAQ questions.
Scroll down to "General stuff" click on that you should see the options available.
