I have just been reading through the boards and found commentys about threds I have just found out how to repy to people who contact me {without replying to MYSELF} and you have said it dosnt come out on the threds if you reply personally to them and so that other people cant see you have replied am i being thick or just not getting the hang of this at all !! lyn

Hi Linda,

If you click onto someones name that has been helping you then this will send a private message to them..... we call this a PM.

If you want to reply on your thread then you click onto the purple reply button and then after typing your answer you click onto submit.

The best way to find your threads is to click onto COMMUNITY, then on the left handside down the screen you will see Tools, just under that is My Threads, click onto that and there your thread will be.

You'll soon get the hang of it.

A PM is a good idea if the information is about living people or you want to keep it confidential for other reasons. Sometimes when people have sent a PM they will post "Sent a PM" as a reply on the thread - this at least tells other people that someone has responded so that they can decide if they want to respond as well.
