In the bottom right of your screen on your task bar there should be an icon relating to Mcafee. If you hover your cursor over each icon it will tell you what it is for. Double click on it and it should bring up a screen with options. I'm usure about Mcafee because I only ever used it once and had serious conflict probelms so got rid of it but I'm sure it has improved since then as it was many years ago.
