hi yes every thing word ok before norton was downloaded since then nothing works . tried to uninstal norton will not msc

hi mghs sorry totake so long in repyling when i enter http:// compeuterhope.com etc it says cannot find it also says this with g//r and all the other sites i use . i think that i may have to take it back to factory settings i have tried every thing that you and other,s have told me cannot get into any of them . yes i am useing a laptop at the moment which is fine. msc

hi every body thank you for all your reply,s i tried all your tip,s i am afraid that none of them worked the @@@@@@ computer would not let me in . i have my niece comming this weekend she is a bit of a computer buff see what she can do if not wil be a new one more exspence never mind cant take it with you . msc

click on start find symantec it will show all the programmes which you can delete i had this problem when i used norton

Have you checked your Task Manager to see if 2 are not running, or are you saying that because you haven't run them?

hi mghs no i am not runnig two i did not have one before as i said i am trying to delete norton but been trying for 30min,s with no luck will try again thank you for you reply.

my p/c will not respond to any thing i can only get my emails other programs all i get is program not responding this only happened after i installed a free 90 day trial of norton360 anti virus program cannot system restore or any thing tried to remove norton but after 30 mins gave uo any idea,s please i am running xp on p/c .
