That looks a good possibility for has marriage, I think I'll risk sending for the certificate. I keep forgetting to turn on the "Soundex" on Freebmd and so miss events that are there.

I'd still like to tie up Harry and Edward's deaths: unless they are the UK's oldest living brothers ! Lol.

Albert was my grandfather who married Jane Macey (known as Hannah Harris, but that's another story) in 1892 and died in Stoke Newington in 1952. Walter married Margaret Aust in 1900 and died in Brentwood, Essex in 1942. So Harry and Edward are the elusive ones.

And to add to the fun there is a possibility that they had a half sister Florence, named as daughter and the informant on their father's death in 1931.

There is a WW1 medal card for a Harry C Warboys - doesn't give much info though:

And could this be his marriage:

I can find all his brothers in 1901 but not Harry. Walter is in the Army. Maybe Harry was too and was out of the country.

Hi Potty,
Yes, that's him with his parents and siblings.
Thanks for looking.
The surname is subject to various spellings and mis-transcriptions, unfortunately.

Please: Can anyone suggest what happened to Harry.
Birth: Shoreditch 1c 111 Dec qtr. 1875

I have him on the 1881 and 1891 censuses and then probably on 1911 aged 35 with his brother Albert.

I have looked for his death on Ancestry with various spellings of given and surnames with no luck so far.

Passenger lists don't seem to show him.

Any ideas of where else to look will be very gratefully received.
