transferring my tree .

If they have the same offline programme as you, you can save your tree onto a memory stick and plug that into the other laptop and save, or if the other programme is different, save your file as a GEDCOM file and save to memory stick, then import into the other programme.

Can someone tell me please if there is a way of transferring my tree from my laptop to someone else's laptop.
