	Hello James, Sorry I can't help you but the address is Colum Road, Cardiff. The name you are searching for is quite distinctive so perhaps you could request an Electoral Roll lookup from Jean on the Board. Paul Edit Colum Road is heavily populated with home and oversea's students with it being less than 100 yards from Cardiff University.
