Advice for looking for adopted half sibling.

My husband has recently found out he has an adopted half sibling. We have a parent name, place of birth and a rough time frame. Any advice on where to start and how to go about finding out more information would be great.

Registration district: Wrexham
Registration county: Wales
Volume Number: 8a
Page Number: 610s

i dont know what name he would be using now after his adoption
