It may be worth googling the Methodist circuit in the area and asking where their records for Gorleston are kept. Likewise for the Congregational church, but they merged with the Presybterians in the 1970's and became the URC - United Reformed Church.

Thank you all - Methodist or Congregational I think
I had tried the BMD registers (not there) but didn't even think to do the Family Search catalogue and I even have the disc!
I will do that
At least I have some other ideas
Thanks again

What kind of non-conformist?
If it was Baptist, you won't find any as they don't baptise infants.

You could try this site for non conformist records

http://www.bmdregisters.co.uk/

Thank you - you got there even before I was able to put the please back into the title!
I had been to this site but perhaps not looked closely enough, I got disheartened as a couple of the churches only gave map positions and I couldn't find where the records were via the site but will go back and have another look.

I have not been able to find any online sources for non conformist baptisms (about 1870 - 1895) in Gorleston which is just South of Yarmouth in the GRO Mutford district. Initially Suffolk but changed to Norfolk I believe.I am in Gloucestershire and wondering if I need to travel back to East Anglia, or whether there is an online source as it is a devil of a journey!
Does anyone know where they can be found please?
Thank you
