anyone having trouble with ancestry?????

	thanks for that advice i uninstalled firefox and installed the latest version but still getting the same problem. i am not to savvy with comuters so could you tell me how to clear my browsing history and tem internet files ??????? cheers linda

Are you using an up to date browser Version (IE 8 or Firefox 3.5, for example) If not you may wish to consider an update. It is also worth clearing your browsing history and temp internet files on a regular basis - daily is not a bad idea. I have just tested the Ancestry site now with Firefox 3.5.2 and have not experienced any difficulties.

	used ancestry this morning and it was great but this afternoon i can go on the site and do a serch but when i click to open up the info the site crashes anyone else having this trouble i use firefox thanks
