It's very easy to do look-ups on BVRI so don't hesitate to ask. Sometimes the father of the groom is listed, sometimes not. If you get really lucky they list father and grandfather but that doesn't happen often. Yes, 1860's is covered but remember that not all places are covered, very little coverage for London area.

Hi,
does any one know what information about a marriage would be found on Bivri please? would i find the first name of the father of the groom for instance? also does it list marriages in the 1860's?
I want to know what to expect before i ask for a look up as i don't want to waste someones time.
