Thanks Cynthia. I think you may be right. She hasn't added any of the other close relatives, not even her late parents or grandparents.

I'll try Genes.

Unfortunately, she may have left the site. Maybe you could contact Genes and ask if this is the reason.

I get an error message when I am trying to contact a cousin on GR- it says 'Oops error'. I can't think why this happens unless she has blocked me (perhaps she doesn't want contact; it happens). Has anyone any other ideas?
