Could someone have a look on their record sources (I am using The Gen) and the record is rather blurred.

Gallant, Jack, Harrow 5F and what looks like 687
Gallant, Jacob Harrow 5F and what looks like 487.

This person I am searching went by both Jacob and Jack so hoping they are one and the same. Would just like confirmation before ordering and will be using checking ref.

Yes death record - Jan feb mar Qtr 1965

The ages are the same, ....The numbers are probably the same...?although Jack's has the top of the 8 missing.

Jacob's looks slightly clearer to me
Harrow 5F 487

I would say they are the same person, given your information.
