I've had a short break from my tree and now I'm ready to resume my search I'm having trouble viewing trees that I've been given permission to view.
I've looked at the FAQ and it seems to indicate that I need to upgrade from a Standard Member before I can now have access, can someone tell me if this is correct please.

Thanks you for your reply Jonesey, I have tried to view trees but it's not happening but now I know I don't need to upgrade I'll persevere.
Thanks again/

Help anyone, I've been unsuccessful viewing trees that I have been given access to. Can anyone tell me how please, I've followed instructions "How To View Other Peoples Trees" in F.A.Q. but it isn't happening.
Can anyone put me straight please?

Linda - I think you need to contact the Gene's team. They are quite good at replying these days.
