	You install the web cam to your pc and not through hotmail, I presume you want to use it with messenger? then when you are on messenger you can use the option to use the web cam Roy

	Hi Porkie pie, thanks for that, I have supposed to have had my web cam installed through windows live but it keeps telling me that the camera is not fitted as it can't be found, would I have to delete the one thats supposed to be installed before I try to install it again. Regards Tox

	You need to Uninstall and not Delete then try to re-install Roy

	Will do porkie pie, my cousin in Lincolnshire has one and I'm trying to link up with her, I will try uninstalling then install again, thanks for your time. Tox
